Rather "received" than welcome. only the Breakfirst maid is quite friedly.

Hotel.com gests not welcome at the restaurant
Publié le 10 déc. 2016 sur Hotelscheck in at 7:15 pm, and been ask if I want to eat because it's a busy day. I say yes, receptionist suggests 8:30. At 8:30, they serve people behind me in the queue (be with you in one minute) and I'm told I have to wait 40 mn more.
Fortunately, I found a very good Indian restaurant in the village, 500 m walk away

Great place to stay

Great Room - shame about the food
Publié le 16 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe room at the hotel was really nice and clean - and very comfortable indeed, however, the food and service in the pub were not so good - its been a while i've come across such an insincere waitress - and the good was no better the a transport cafe.......very disappointing

The bar restaurant was lovely and very friendly and great atmosphere but the service at the hotel wasn’t great to be honest and the room was dangerously hot and when we said about it we got told to open a window and give it a while and the bar had shut and we asked if maybe we could get a bottle of Prosecco to our room it was made clear and slightly rude there was no chance
