The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. It was nice & convenient place to stay.

The staff was great, and our room was clean. The only minute area that was inconvenient was that breakfast wasn't until 7am. We choose Holiday Inn Expresses for what they offer and are very pleased. For us we are chasing sporting activities that our kids are involved in and usually it's up at 6am and out the door by 7am. With a 7am breakfast we had to purchase breakfast offsite. It's an added cost that we generally don't have when choosing a Holiday Inn Express.

The outlets in the lamp didnt work they were sparking but the room was very clean

The staff was great. Breakfast was awesome as is the breakfast attendant. Someone ran at all hours above us and the smell of marijuana on our floor was bad. But overall we enjoy the Holiday Inn in Hastings.

Came into town for Baby shower, everyone at hotel was so friendly! Would definitely recommend
