Delightful conversion of an old mill. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go back. Get a room overlooking the river if you can.

First and foremost, the hospitality at the Old Mill Inn is exceptional! The Mill is beautiful and the recent renovations give it a very fresh look. The urban industrial look in an old country mill work well to create an upscale experience in a peacefully restful setting.

This is a beautifully appointed historic inn with all the modern amenities. Located near a river and waterfall in a scenic area within easy access to Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield. Effortless self-check-in, beautiful rooms,great breakfast cafe, and friendly staff.

This place was a getaway for the weekend for me. It was beautiful. The staff are so sweet and friendly. I’ll be going back.

I stayed at this charming, clean and cozy property for a night when I dropped my daughter off at college for her Spring Semester. The only negative was that I was not aware prior to making the reservation that their restaurant would be closed between January and March for lunch/ dinner. However, guests were permitted to spend time within the restaurant and small lounge area to watch tv, read or play board games in a warm community setting all day and in the evenings. A complementary breakfast of brewed coffee and baked pastries were provided between 7am-11am in the restaurant also. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I do hope to return soon! 🙂

We appreciated the wonderful historic building and its connection to the region, and all of the staff who were happy to tell us about the history of the region. It was very refreshing. We had a slight problem and they corrected immediately as well. Thanks to everyone at the Old Mill Inn.
