The property is not updated. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. The best thing was the hot shower. Mattress was thin and had no box spring. The second bedroom was used one night at a cost of $20.

This was the most horrible experience. Prior to my visit I informed the manager/owners via various emails that I would not have access to my USA email or phone. I gave them several Cuban telephone numbers to send the check-in information and it never arrived. Then I had my nephew drive 45 minutes to the location since the advertisement stated that we would be greeted upon our arrival. No one was at the property and the neighbors stated that they had not seen anyone at the property. We were unable to use the facility. Upon my return to USA Expedia contacted the property manage/owners and they refused to provide me with a refund. Horrible, Horrible experience.
