Tired facility in need of a retread.

Management should stay in their rooms. They would see dirt behind the bathroom door, that the microwave is missing a foot so that it tilts, torn hand towel, etc. Breakfast was minimal. Milk was sour.

I absolutely hated the fact that I booked a pet friendly room with a queen bed and got a non pet friendly room which a full sized bed and got over charged by $103 because of the dogs

The pet-friendly room doesn't mean it's free. We only charged the pet fee and kept you in the same room even after knowing that you had the dogs with you as you already signed the paper for no pets and no smoking in the room where the non-disclosure pet fee is 150.00. You have to mention that you got dogs with you at the front desk which you didn't but still, if you are concerned about paying the amount that you are supposed to pay there's nothing we can do to help you from our end. The property is very old and needs refurbished badly. Staff was unfriendly. Room was never cleaned. TV picture kept going out sound worked, but no picture. Breakfast was limited at best. My advice, stay elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 and their was absolutely nobody in the lobby or the desk. There was no sign explaining why. After nearly 15 minutes my husband came to see what was taking so long. I had been ringing the bell on the counter and calling out but got no response. After we waited another 5 or more minutes I became concerned that there may be "foul play" invoved and I was ready to call the police. My husband found a phone number for the hotel and called. The man who answered said their computer was not working and he was offsite trying to get it working. He said he would be back soon. About 15 minutes later he arrived and there was a woman with him. One of them should have stayed to explain their absence, don't you think? Once we were checked in and went to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom. When he lifted the toilet lid the inside rim was covered in feces. He also noted that the floor had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and two men came to clean the toilet and mop the floor. ( The bathtub was in need of replacing or reglazing.. It looked really dirty, but it was just where the finish had worn away. We were uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place so we didn't use the coffee maker in the room, or have breakfast in the lobby. We checked out at 7:30 am and went to a restaurant for coffee etc. Although there is a sign in front of the hotel saying not to smoke within 25 feet of the building, I had to step around dozens of buts at the door.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused at our hotel. Our system went down on that which took a while to fix the issue but we already kept a sign that stated the clerk would return momentarily on top of the desk as we don't leave the lobby without any sign and with the issue you had with the room we are extremely sorry about that but with the cigarette butts outside we got that cleaned once in a day maybe you might be mistaken. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Hope you will give us another chance to provide you a better service next time. Thank you. Have a good day.

Short staffed and shabby.

The staff were very nice, but there weren’t many of them and they seemed overworked. This place seems to be in transition. The room was dirty in a way that suggested a lack of quality control. The towels were very old, frayed, torn, and stained. Never say never, but I won’t be staying here again anytime soon.

My husband and I originally were put into a different room but asked to move rooms when we noticed that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathtub was falling apart. Our second room really wasn’t any better though. The bathroom was also falling apart, the floors looked like hadn’t been cleaned in years, the fire alarm was battery operated without a battery. The hallway that our room was down had trash scattered the entire time we were there.
