Didn't even stay

The room smelled strongly of bleach, there was mold on the ceiling and wall in the bathroom, and the heater to the pool was not working so it was too cold to be able to enjoy swimming. We didn't even unpack we requested our refund and found another place to stay. The only positive thing I could say about the place was the staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The girl that checked us in was so friendly we felt bad for even bothering her to leave and she was even telling us of the fun things we could do while we were in the area while we waited to speak with her manager.

Pool heaters down, hot tubs out of order, restaurants shut down. Room smelled like mildew and needs a proper renovation.

Has potential but the indoor pool is not heated, none of the 3 hot tubs work, the pool is cloudy, the showers in the rooms dont get hot, the restaurant and bar are not in service, theres no breakfast in the morning, and its rundown.

This place was amazing! Now its a shell of itself. All amenities are gone, breakfast, gym,hot tub. Only the pool is available and not very well kept at that. This last and final stay ever for me and my family they even cut the cable package to basic cable. So cheap and run down. They will say because of covid they cannot find any help, this is laughable. What does lack of employees have to do with putting generic coffee creamer in the coffee mate comtainer? Yeah i seen it personally. And the ripped up lobby couches have been on back order for 3 years now🤔 Like i said we will not say here again. Shouldn't have after we had to change room because all the roaches last stay. So shame on me!
