Never again

Hyatt House is typically my go to hotel. We were very unpleasantly surprised when we got to the room and saw we were put in a room that was not the room we reserved. You could tell someone must have lived in this room awhile as it was very dirty. The kitchen had broken cabinets and they had trash shoved under them, the walls had something that looked like poop all over it and the bathroom tub leaked the entire stay which was more then annoying. The next morning we went to the free breakfast and while I was in there making a waffle an employee came out turned off all the lights and locked me in the food area. She did not let me continue to get the food i was getting and instead asked me to leave and then invited all of the housekeeping staff in so they could eat. This was a waste of money and a terrible stay. NEVER again would I stay here

Great stay. They have maximized their space in the breakfast area to include a bar and a shelf of children’s games and a business area. The only downside at breakfast was there was no syrup except for sugar-free.

Good section at breakfast time...love the friendly staff...house keeping is very good...can't complain
