Beautiful View
Posted May 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property was beautiful! The home was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The yard around the house was amazing, with lovely flowering plants and soft grass. We enjoyed hanging out both indoors and outside.
The location was great. It was fairly close to Volcano National Park and there were several other attractions in the area. In addition, we could watch surfers from our patio!

Beautiful Ocean stay

Peaceful Paradise
Posted Apr. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property totally delivered on Everything. The view is spectacular. The house is perfectly clean and modern. The bedrooms are all ensuites. The kitchen offers up all kinds of choices for drinks and meals. Every detail was so well thought out, the host thought of everything. He even went above and beyond when we left something behind. Thank you Randall we cant wait to come back!. Cheers!

Paradise Found
Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayAbsolutely loved our stay at this site. Everything was exactly as it was depicted in the listing. Very clean and such a beautiful location, we all enjoyed the sounds of the ocean outside the windows.
The kitchen was equipped for anything you could possibly need to prepare a meal, even coffee filters, various condiments and cooking oils, as well as spices. It was a cost savings to be able to prepare some meals instead of eating out.
All the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and lovely to stay and use. Only complaint would be it was challenging at times to figure out how to operate the ceiling fan switches/clickers. You definately do not need AC here - such refreshing breezes when windows/sliding doors left open with fans, it maintained a very comfortable atmosphere.
Sorry about not having a robust recycling program as we were saddened to have to throw out items which in other locations are all recycled but what can you do.

Posted Feb. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayEverything in the owners description is accurate. Great kitchen; great outdoor grill (new), comfortable beds. The property manager is the best. If we had any issues/questions he promptly replied. Whales, lots of whales! As close as 30 yards from the back yard. I highly recommend this as place to enjoy the green side of Hawai’i.

Hilo house with Ocean view

1. Great location: wide beautiful ocean view, easy access to Hilo & a short walk to surf beach.
2. Good size kitchen, all 3 bedrooms have king size beds and their own bathrooms. 3. Wonderful lanai to eat breakfast at.
4. Very responsive property manager. Overall, we really enjoyed the week there.
Cons: there is a constant dribbling of water from the fridge condensation. So we had to place a towel on the floor next to the fridge.

New Fridge arriving mid March... It aways takes a while to get things to Hawaii!
Meantime, we have a rubber mat and devised a way to drain the condensation.
