The hotel building is old but still nice looking, attendant and other employees are very polite and helpful, maybe they need to change or update some of the furniture inside the room like the sofa, but everything else is good, will definitely comeback again.

When my bags were delivered by the airport service to the wrong hotel, front desk staff was very helpful when I went down at 3:00 a.m. to figure out the problem. However, the receiving hotel contacted you to let you know where my bags were but no one contacted me until I asked at the front desk.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. As i understand, the Front Desk is courteous not to call rooms too early. I am sure glad your bags were located, and you retrieved them safely.

This property was a quick two block walk to the beach.
Room was clean and cleaned daily. The front desk were fantastic and helpful.
If your seeking an inexpensive, clean, beach proximity and friendly staff, I would recommend.

I like how everything is close by and i love how the beach is walkable, especially it includes towels. The only thing i didn’t like was to find parking because i had a big suv. Everything is else is perfect.

Will never stay anywhere else!
Posted Mar. 6, 2024 on HotelsWe have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan resort previously and loved the property, so we chose to stay there again. We were not disappointed! The elevators take forever, but that is the only downside. The rooms are large and comfortable, walking distance to the beach (6 mins!), full kitchen so we saved some money. We have nothing but good things to say! Waikiki Banyan is our home when we visit Honolulu and always will be.

Saw 3 rooms before choosing one that was satisfactory, as they were very run down. Staff was very accommodating.

Roaches all over the place , came home an they were all in my suitcase!

The rooms are a little outdated but very spacious for a family of 4-5. I love the dining table with chairs and having a full kitchen is very convenient. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking garage. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
