Am here on may10 . Everything is ok, till May 12 I got rush and itching face and nack. I believe is I got itching or allergy coming from the bed or bangles or pillow. So today befor I check out I will report to the hotel front desk . To get my P percent for my discount 5-15-24

Good location, some inexpensive eateries close by. Parking has gone up to $50/day. Bathroom shower can't be turned on/off without getting wet, and is a 6" step up from the floor. It's a hazard when exiting the shower. Room A/C blew down directly on the bed. We flew in for a funeral, had no chance to use pool nor beach amenities, hotel would not waive resort fees. We were told hotel was completely sold out.

The additional resort fee of $50 per day is way overpriced and should be optional. The gym/fitness room is tiny with very little equipment and the pool area is small and shady and cold. As a result I did not use any of the amenities and was still charged the $50 per day. My booking through Expedia did not make it clear that it was a mandatory fee. If it is mandatory it should be included in the rate that is shown for the rooms. I would definitely not have stayed here had I know it would be that expensive. I will not stay at this hotel in the future. Go to the Ala Moana instead- my friends booked there for about $150 less per night and the gym and pool there are fantastic!

Great Hotel, clean quiet, walkable Loose the resort fee though , its a hotel , not a resort

room service is non existed, very poor quality coffee, cookie party had one kind of cookies, may be total of 20 cookies a completely joke.
