The hotel is perfect. Very nice and cosy. The location is wonderful, close to everything and in the meantime a bit further than the lauded area. The hotel team, reception and bar is wonderful. The only negative point is the corridor light, on day and night that you can see inside the room.

Upon arrival we were told that there would be no hot water for our first 2 days. 2 days later we were still “suffering” through cold showers & just wing our bodies down with cold washcloths. Not ok. When we inquired about it after the 2 days they kept putting it off. We checked in on Saturday & never had a comfortable shower, the water was cold for all 5 days. I remained cool about it but was quite disappointed, I felt like they just kept leading us to believe it was going to be fixed soon. The hotel is very cute. The common areas feel unclean but I just accepted it. The vibe was chill & the staff was nice yet blasé.
