The hotel and staff were absolutely excellent, we really enjoyed our two night stay. Right from check in the staff could not do enough for us, I really liked that junior members of staff were empowered to make decisions. I will certainly stay again, great location all in all fantastic

Nice refurbished rooms, more than satisfying breakfast, very good restaurant, welcoming staff and friendly hotel manager.

Great skiing and spa break
Publié le 30 mars 2019 sur HotelsPerfect spot for the slopes and lifts. The spa is gorgeous and so relaxing. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel for a relaxing and cosy ski holiday.

Great hotel for ski trips to Chopok

Pour : Food and bar/restaurant service was good, staff is very helpful and polite, check-in check-out was fast and easy. Great Wellness!
Emplacement : Nice view from the hotel rooms and corridors. You can exit the hotel and go skiing right away. You can also do hiking from here.
We had a great stay here for weekend ski trips to Chopok. Wellness is superb with beds to rest and 3 different saunas and 2 jacuzzis. The beds are very comfortable, the view from the rooms are great! The service and the food is good, the bar is fantastic, has a great view of the slopes. It's child friendly.
