An overnight stay in order to attend a Performance at City Hall. Ideal Location. Excellent Staff, well presented room, will use again.

Absolutely ace, everything you would except.

I would say ‘amazing’ rooms were exactly what you would expect from a go to chain of hotels… clean rooms, advertised amenities above par… polite and attentive staff… and the obvious hull charm lovely people and whitty banter you would only ever find in such a city.

Lack of communication.
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsBreakfast on first day no problem. On second, we were told by staff we had not paid for the breakfast we were eating. Then the manageress confronted us in a loud voice so that other guests could hear, and said we had not paid for breakfast. Very embarrassing, What went wrong with the booking system please? Please send an answer to me.
