The word is weak: ''DISAPPOINTING''! You should be ashamed to offer such an establishment. A messy motel, from reception to room. My son and I have baseball tournaments in the USA and we only ask for a clean room at a good price. The bath/shower was so messy that I had to put a towel in the bath to take our shower. Corroded faucet, dirty and very worn bath (end of useful life) badly clean damaged electric baseboard, dust and spider wire included. I cannot ignore the stained white towels and brownish colors... DISGUSTING!!! (Photos to support if you wish)
Also, when we returned on Saturday evening, the room had not been made and there were no new clean towels. We had to use the same towels. Sunday morning there was no one at reception to pick up our keys even after ringing the bell 3 times!
I have to book for our next tournament this weekend, July 14-16, at Lac Tupper in the Lake Placid region. I hope you can help us this weekend in our research.because I don't want to put this notice on my Facebook... Thank You!

They tried to make us pay twice, they gave us and another couple the same room and then said they had no other rooms cleaned, then gave us another room that someone else was already in, manager called the cops on us when all parties involved tried to complain about all the problems they were causing their guests

Much improved from our last visit. New towels, fresher looking appearance of the room and the tv worked this time
