Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe rental was fantastic! The view from the picture windows looking onto the Kankakee River was breathtaking. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large porch by the river watching the ducks, birds, and geese doing their thing. The house was comfortable and inviting and my great granddaughter loved to play in the loft. I definitely will be renting this lovely peaceful place again!

Dog Friendly Paradise!!!

River access was perfect - our dog LOVED chasing the dragonflies in the water. We will definitely plan another trip to Eagle's Hideaway. Thanks so much for a lovely week.

Beautiful riverfront home!

Well stocked and well thought out- the owners cleverly and elegantly labeled the drawers! Also, they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. we really enjoyed it the house and deck with the beautiful view!!

Holiday weekend
Publié le 29 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were very pleased with our stay. Not only was the house spotless, we appreciated the little “extras”. I forgot coffee, and they had it covered. We were sitting by the river and thought some water would be nice. There it was in the outdoor kitchen mini fridge. This place is very relaxing. I’d stay here again.
