Needs a good deep clean, pool was freezing, sauna did not work. Limited towels. Food was not good.

We arrived at 3:00 . Rooms should have been ready but one wasnt. Was told time would be another 30 minutes. No apology no nothing we needed to drop our stuff off and leave . Charged more for one room than the other for no reason same room she wouldn’t fix the price.

I never even got to stay when I checked in my room wouldn't unlock and they had no other rooms available

Room wasn’t ready for me 2 hours after check in. The pool water was ice cold. The sauna was out of order.

This was the worse comfort inn I have ever stayed in. First room had blood on the bed so I requested to be moved, second room had guacamole on the bed. Place was so dirty, and the staff didn’t care.

Went to check in after 3 was told there is no rooms ready and not sure if we xould have our room due to being over booked
