Elevator problems

Room was nice with a fridge & coffee maker. This is the 3rd visit & for some reason the elevators are always broken & a mess - not what you want when you are tired! Not sure if I will stay here again because of the elevator inconvenience. The hotel is a good location for flying in & out of OC

I got stuck in the elevator for 10 min, i screamed for help and someone reseted the elevator and it slowly moved down to the lobby where i tried to brush this off. Because of this i wont be giving a good review. I am afraid of enclosed areas and this left me in shock.

we have full paid the room to the hotel to secure the room for our expatriate however they resell our room to someone else after the mid-night. so ridiculous.

Tommaso, we regret to hear a room was not available for you for late-night check-in. If a guest has not arrived prior to our end of day closing, nor have we received communications from guest in regard to late arrival, the room will become a no-show and is cancelled in our system, then available for resell. We apologize we weren't able to reinstate the reservation and accommodate your stay due to hotel sell out.

clean property but a little over priced plus they charged resort fees and parking
