They canceled my reservation while I wasn’t availe to check my message. When i found out it was too late at night, I wondered who would pay for my damages.

I originally rented a property in Issaquah. They sent me to one in Bellevue instead. The parking was in a garage that my truck didn’t fit in so i had to park far away. The unit itself was clean but very sparsely furnished. I ended up leaving a day early because it wasn’t working for me. When i asked for a refund because it wasn’t the unit i originally rented they offered only a credit.

DO NOT Fall for this SCAM!!!

Publié le 28 oct. 2017 sur Expedia
I reserved a 3 bed townhouse in Issaquah and ended up in a 2 bed apartment in Bellevue because of a "broken" stove. There was something strange about the scenario. The apartment was nice but we got the feeling that it was illegally being sublet. After reading some of the other reviews-----also get the impression this happens often. DO NOT reserve this place. I didn't even get a refund for the price difference of the townhome vs apartment. The contact person had the audacity to tell me it cost more and he had to pay extra to get the tv turned on for us and added premium channels. Our experience was interesting to say the least-- People in the complex asked us if we were moving in, the contact person told us not to talk to anyone or tell them the scenario of why we were there. we did not have enough sleeping space for our party. Some slept on floor and we were brought an extra twin "rollaway" bed that was old and dilapitated. Everything was so unreal that it was laughable. This was a complete joke and Expedia should somehow take this listing down.

Are you kidding me!!!!!

This place is a nasty joke. Broken beds, used sheets and towels that smell. Had to do my own housekeeping. Wash towels and linens, vacuum sweep since there is no housekeeping on staff. It's a family owned and not a hotel or property managed place. Should be a Craig's list listing. Not even an air BNb. When housekeeping finally came on the end of the second day they asked what they need to do like a child would ask a parent and they didn't not even have all the stuff they needed to clean. The person that came by was a young man that did not speak a lick on English and seemed like perhaps a son of the owner? This place and service was atrocious.

Horrible Experience

Publié le 7 mars 2017
I have already written a review but we had 6 adults coming and I really needed a 3 bedroom. My son's are military and they were flyng into SeaTac. I drove 14 hours from Montana to find out we weren't staying where we booked. The oriental guy put us in Seattle in a 2 bedroom condo that was absolutely filthy. The shower curtains had mold on them, there was urine on the base boards, we had to take the trash out when we got there. There was old pizza boxes and wind bottles left over, etc. I will NEVER book with Travelosity EVER! Management called & gave us a $50.00 voucher, no thanks, won't be using it. I stay all over the world and have never had such a bad experience. You can keep all your hotels and your condos. I don't often get to see my military family and when I spend a bunch of money on a trip, it is upper disappointing to deal with this drama. NO THANKS!

What is this doing on Expedia? It is private apart

Publié le 12 nov. 2016 sur Expedia
On website, check in 2pm (was asked to come at 3) and out at noon (kicked us out at 11). This is not a hotel, it is a private apartment- the guy even confused us for a private renterers website customers :p. Not even one caffee bean in the place, nor sugar of salt. You need to bring everything. Even for a one night stay. And of course you don't know this in advance. Plus - MOST OF THE PICTURES ARE FAKE! Bottom line is - I use Expedia, not private apartments for a reason, I do not recommend this, and think that Expedia should really select the locations better!

Bait and Switch

Pour : Nothing
Contre : Don't rent this room until construction is complete and post true pictures in the listing/
Emplacement : Factoria mall and about 25 homeless folks camping in there cars on the other side of the fence (20 ft away)
This was a complete disappointment. I will never do business this with this seller again and may not do business with Expedia again. My online booking showed a facility in Issaquah and the pictures were well worth the $180/night I paid. However, the place I ended up with was in Factoria. There were no options available elsewhere, I needed to check in same night, and the location was OK. So I agreed. The confirmation did mention that there was "some" construction going on with exterior. They failed to mention it was a complete remodel of all exterior surfaces and that construction workers would literally be on the deck and right outside the windows with construction noise all day long. This unit should not be rented or at least not for more than $70/night (Hotel 6 level) I felt like I should have had a hard hat just to enter the residence. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and have been ripped off.
