Beds both syained, one blood, the other not sure, no TV, no heating as fan was like a freight train. very disapointed, Staff were good, but this was the last room, would like a discount Please

Terrible Experience!

The outer edges and the corners of the floor were filthy. I regret not taking photos. Someone above me kept pacing and going in and out of there room the entire night. Every hour, their door slammed twice in 5 minutes. I was also kept awake by someone’s dog the barked periodically during the night. In addition, there’s now, no leeway when it comes to checking in early or checking out late. Check-in is at 3pm and in the past, they would let you check in a little early if there was a room ready. Now, there’s a $40 charge for checking in even five minutes before 3:00! If you check out even a minute past 11:00 a.m., you are charged for an additional night! There’s no such thing as a “late” check-out unless you want to pay for an additional night. I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times and have had to put up with a few small issues but last night was a nightmare! I literally got no sleep. I requested the most quiet room they had but that didn’t seem to work out. Not sure if I’ll stay there again.
