Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HotelsArrivé à 13h30 à l’hôtel donc ok 30min d’avance pour la chambre pas de problème mais avoir la chambre à 15h30 soit 1h30 d’attente pour au final nous mettre dans une chambre où il y avait déjà quelqu’un, puis, il nous on mis dans une autre pour re changer de chambre 30 minutes après nous étions un peu perdu après les 3 changements.
Ensuite on avait mis le bouton pour dire qu’on ne voulait pas de ménage de suite, les personnes sont rentrées dans notre chambre pour le faire alors qu’il y avait tous nos effets personnels.
L’hôtel en général est très jolie mais les deux problèmes rencontrés créer une insatisfaction.

Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et mention spéciale à Ali Riza qui est hyper bienveillant et très attentionné.

Bon choix. Près de l’aéroport SAW. Personnel courtois. Endroit propre. Odeurs de cigarettes à certains endroits.

Je recommande totalement cette hôtel que ce soit du côté Asie ou Europe je vais régulièrement chez eux et jamais déçu la vue côté mer est superbe
