Good morning, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Like Turkish taxis, the staff tries to scam people by all means. It's been 3 years that I come to Istanbul every summer in August, it's the first I leave and I don't want to come back at all. Starting with the hotel, I did not book breakfast, on arrival, the staff recommended that I pay an additional deposit in advance and it will be deducted as consumption per day. During 4 days, we consumed only 2 times, at checkout, he asked us to pay for the 4 days, he began to investigate us, the 5 people, where we were during the 2 days of non consumption, at the end to avoid confusion and avoid getting upset (we're on vacation) I ended up paying This is really a scam, people are trying to scam tourists by all means, this is the last time I set foot in Istanbul, this hotel is a 5 star hotel in a scam

Accueil et disponibilité et emplacement Par contre on nous a volé une casquette à la piscine. C’est incroyable pour un cinq étoiles.

One of the best in Istsnbul, definitely

That was my 3d or 4th time that I stay with this hotel, and each time they are on the top. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed because of the season, and I did not receive this information when booking.
