the hotel is located in an amazing location close to Taksim. we stayed for 10 nights and had two rooms with a beautiful view. staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the breakfast is definitely worth adding to the reservation.
Turkish bath and roof tops are super luxurious. we used it almost every other night and staff were so kind.
shout out to house keeping. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING..and We cannot thank you enough.
We defiantly will go back there next time and cant wait to see beautiful Istanbul again.

the overall condition of the rooms and bathrooms were extremely disappointing. I have taken a few video shots that would like to share with Travelocity.
