The hotel is splendid! The staff is superb! Great Bosphorus views from the room and the guest experience team made our stay memorable by decorating the room for my and my daughter’s birthdays! Really nice!!

Amazing Thanks to the all staff It was a unique experience We had 3 rooms and they did everithing in their hands to make sure we had wonderful experience No doubts this is the place to staty in istambul Tamir thank for all yor attentions Juan

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located next to cruise port especially if like us you fly in early to explore Istanbul and board a cruise ship, staff was excellent,we had 6 pieces of luggage the took it over to the cruise terminal for us . Highly recommend this hotel I will be returning next summer and will definitely stay here again.

Room was not great, loud and smoky. We were on a road with restaurants everywhere. Loud until midnight, street sweepers at at 3 am. Our worst night on our 18 day trip.

O Hotel é lindo e super bem localizado. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes e lojas a poucos metros de caminhada. Atravessando a rua é possível passear pela orla do Bosphoro e ver um maravilhoso pôr do sol. O restaurante principal e o roof top tem vista para o Bosphoro. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã excelente.
