Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, we enjoyed the property- The pictures made the property seem a little newer than it actually was- Disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Also, the Ac was not great and basically non- existent in the garage bedroom. Plenty of room and close to the beach. It was a little more secluded than i thought but not a bad thing.

Fantastic Beach location

Love Pelican Landing
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 3rd stay at Pelican Landing and we’ve always been very pleased with the house, it’s beautiful furniture and decorating, not to mention it’s great beach front location on American Beach. The property manager, Eloise, is amazing. She is competent, professional and handles issues immediately. We’re booked again for next year. We give the house and the service we get there 5 stars. We can’t wait to go back.

Right on the Beach - Great Views
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is directly on the beach with a direct walkway over the dunes. American Beach is less popular than other parts of AI. Our dog had a great time chasing the birds on the beach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, Simply wonderful!

The layout is perfect with plenty of space for us to spread out and a large gathering room for us to all be together. We checked in on Christmas Day and they had it all decorated for us.
Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous views, perfect location. Wonderful! Simply wonderful!

Great beach vacation!
Publié le 29 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur first visit to this area and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The house is very nice and has room to spread out comfortably. Beds sleep well and master suite is nice and private! Weather was perfect and the property manger was quick to respond to any issues that arose. We would like to return next year!!!

Another great stay!
Publié le 1 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is our second year renting this house. It is the perfect size for us- 6 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is well stocked and the house has plenty of seating, bedrooms, towels- all of the things you need!
