Propriété confortable, très bien entretenue, aussi bien côté jardin que habitation.
Alentours très calmes, WIFI performant, parking ombragé.
Les climatisations sont efficaces et silencieuses dans les chambres, dommage que le séjour ne soit pas climatisé.
Bon séjour garanti à casa Ramaje !

Très bonnes vacances

La villa correspondait à la description.
Arrivée et départ très facile avec système de boîte à clés sécurisé.
Endroit calme à une quinzaine de minutes de la mer/centre et tout proche des criques.
Points positifs:
Cuisine spacieuse et bien fournie
Airco dans les chambres
Plusieurs espaces/terrasses pour manger
Belle et grande piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir (l'eau est donc a très bonne température)
Peu de moustiques
Citronnier, oranger, grenadier
Stores aux fenêtres pour l'ombre
Emplacement voiture à l'ombre
Points négatifs:
A notre arrivée, la piscine n'était pas nettoyée, mais le pisciniste est passé très vite pour règler le problème
Le micro-onde mériterait d'être remplacé (fonctionne mais est rouillé)
Certaines casseroles étaient sales (mais cela dépend bien évidemment des locataires précédents)
L'espace salon est relativement restreint, mais en été on l'utilise très peu
Pas de télévision dans la chambre pricinpale (alors que cela était spécifié dans les remarques de l'annonce)
Je recommande vivement cette villa et remercie tout le staff pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

We removed the TV from the master bedroom last year and changed the homeaway description so will check that the change has filtered through to the French and German versions of the website.
Nous avons retiré le téléviseur de la chambre principale l'année dernière et avons changé la description du logement afin de vérifier que le changement a été filtré dans les versions française et allemande du site Web.

Great holiday time in casa Ramaje
Publié le 11 août 2019 sur HomeAwayWe spent 3 fantastic weeks in the casa Ramaje. The villa is well equipped and the area is very calm: all our criterias for successful holidays were met! The garden and the pool area are fantastic. As guests, we felt that we were welcome and everything was done to make us feel good. Many thanks for those perfect holidays, we will come back (for sure)!

Pleasant Villa in a quiet neighborhood
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a good and relaxing time at Villa Ramaje. Very nice and well furnished house with a large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Cozy living room with a TV with many international channels. Good to know that the fireplace mentioned in the house description and shown in the photos cannot be operated with firewood. We suggest mentioning this circumstance in the house description to avoid misunderstandings with future guests. Pleasant and practical sheltered outdoor area, which we have actively used in this windy transitional period (April). Lovely well-kept garden with a clean swimming pool. Particularly worth mentioning is the BBQ in the garden area. It is very practical to use and a real highlight for BBQ lovers like us! The villa is in a very quiet and pleasant area. Shopping, restaurants and Javea with the beaches are just minutes away from the villa. Nicky, the manager of the property, is a lovely and very helpful lady who keeps the house in good shape. All in all, we had a very relaxing and nice holiday. Thank You!
