I loved the customer service during our stay! The staff was 10/10. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the fact that it was outdated.

The room sink and tub was not clean or functioning properly

We loved our Manhattan city view and the location. Hot water didn’t work in sink and barely in shower. We were happy about everything but the water (which is a very important thing)
