There was no mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, only enough towels for 1 person to get a shower, the tub was painted and chipped all over, there was a leak between the toilet and the shower, there was free WiFi but it barely worked, couldn’t go into a Netflix account or anything on the tv, not many channels, people were getting high outside, heater was very loud and kept waking us up. For what I paid for the room it should have been a lot nicer.

Unhappy weekend stay in Binghamton NY

Littering in and around the hotel. Hotel pass keys didn’t work. Tried to overcharge me and fell unsafe and not clean. Saw drug needles and such. I was not happy at all

What a disappointing experience

No privacy. I went for a walk and they were in my room by 10am. Traveling as a woman alone I felt that they were very nosy. Also looked like a weekend short stay place with lots of Hard drug users. Never again. Use to be better.

The hotel room we got was dirty the sink was clogged up the sheets were stained the front desk person was very rude to my husband when this issue was brought up we were pretty much ignored
