Excellent place - good value for money!

This place was fantastic! Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful. It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge! In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too. It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for. One last thing. The host Patrick was very responsive and easy to communicate during our stay. We strongly recommend this place!

Affordable, comfortable and convenient!

I really enjoyed staying here. Very affordable and comfortable! The unit is clean and comfy! The room has such a homey vibe to it and the free WiFi provided was really handy and speedy for planning what my partner and I wanted to do! It is on a high floor too, so you get to see a spectacular view of the sunrise over JB! The recreation facilities on the 8th floor was awesome! The pool was my favourite! Love the views and the fact that it's kind of sheltered so you don't have to worry about getting sunburnt. Great for relaxing and taking nice photos! There are also other facilities like badminton courts, games room (with a pool table), reading room and kids playground too! Checking in and out was extremely smooth and hassle free, and the owner was also very detailed and responsive to my queries, which cuts out a lot of uncertainty! There is also apparently a free shuttle service to KSL and JB sentral, which is a nice touch, although I didn't use it. The place is also located in quite a bustling area with a supermart across the road, nice and cheap karaoke in the mall (plaza pelangi) nearby and lots of food options (both cheap and ataa) in the area! The only improvements I would suggest is a fix to the toilet door handle and the towel rack in the toilet. I'd definitely book again if I'm planning another trip to JB!

Clean and Quiet

Convenient to move around . Clean and quiet. Good to have a place to relax with no interruption . Do not recommend Hock Kee restaurant although they gave discount . Will come back to stay again .TQVM for the good service.

Mr Samuel, thank you for writing a review. You booked my homestay at 14 th Nov. I sent 10 messages from 14 th Nov until 26 th Nov in order to contact and provide all the details of check in.But you read all the messages with no reply.And my friend ( Mr Shun Jian) waited you until midnight. But you didn't show and contact me on (25 th Nov )your check in day. I was very disappointed that you refused my service and asked for refund.It was very very unfair to me. Luckily all the messages have been kept in Expedia message center and this can be a strong proof. It proved that i was tried my best to contact and provide service to you. Hope you could make a good arrangement before your next trip. Good Luck.
