Reclaimed Pabst bottling factory! It was amazing. Great staff, valet parking. Madison (desk manager) was SO helpful and made our stay extra special (She has great recommendations!)

We loved our stay at the Crossroads. The rooms were beautiful. Nice fixtures and comfy bed. Best shower ever - seriously, the water pressure was amazing. The lobby was lovely and the service from everyone was generous and friendly. Loved the location. Easy to walk to places to eat and the streetcar/ I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations
Posted Feb. 29, 2024 on HotelsEveryone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel, bar area and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The only negative we found was that the remote for the television was not very responsive, but that was a small inconvenience.

Impeccable Stay
Posted Feb. 25, 2024 on HotelsStay was impeccable. Greeted at the front desk by three friendly staff members who gave us the run down and offered lots of help.
Had delicious craft cocktails at the bar, a fun dj experience and ate delicious breakfast at XR before checking out.
Will definitely return as the rooms were classy, spacious, and comfortable too!
