Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way. A big thank you to all the staff for all your hard work a really great hotel and a great place to stay Michelle and Martin

Good location, situated on edge of Karon beach, just next to Kata beack, both lovely. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, lots of trees and wooden walkways. Adults only pool and Club lounge offering teas and coffees through the day.

Hotel was nice. Rooms are pretty small. Didn’t care for their breakfast buffet, I wish they had a more authentic Thai breakfast. Considering Phuket is a very tourist area, it was still hard to communicate with the staff. Also wish they had a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

An okay place, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we had okay customer service for the most part. Everyone was polite and friendly. It has a beautiful location and they will Take you back and forth to the Main Street in a Tuk Tuk so you don’t have to walk up and down the hill. It is more than an hour to get to from the airport and will cost you about 1200 bhat each way. They broke one of our bags when the bellhop was bringing our bag to the rooms for us, but refused to take responsibility for it. They said it must have happened at the airport, however it was working correctly when we arrived at the hotel. They also tried to put three people in a room with one king size bed until we made them change it. Lastly, the room was INCREDIBLY humid at night because there are visible gaps in the window seals and the humidity gets into the room. They did offer is one night of vouchers for the dinner buffet to try to make us happy which was okay, but by that point we were so frustrated with the bag being broken and not being able to sleep well due to the humidity in the room at night that it really didn’t make a difference.

Big choice for breakfast, choice of 2 pools, friendly staff Spa staff were not very helpful, room service food was expensive
