Everything was acceptable except the bathroom and service. Due to door angle the shower bar was so high that if you touched the curtain while showering the bottom would flop out of the tub and you’d have a mess to clean up. Which my wife found out the hard way. Bath towels were glorified hand towels. Half the water pressure still came out the tub spout. The shower head was crusty and gross, almost no pressure. There’d been water damage to the walls, the fix is to just put a new coat of paint on it. The staff didn’t enforce any quiet time rules. And the one time I went down to get away from noisy neighbors to try and relax in the hot tub, there was a concert on a blue tooth stereo, while 10-15 kids ran around. Several jumping from pool to hot tub to pool. It was more relaxing in the room anyway. The front desks response was “oh, they have a speaker in there? Do you want me to ask them not to use it? They aren’t supposed to have one in there anyway.” Mind you, the front desk is less than 20’ from the door to the pool room. And you could clearly hear the music while we talked. It was a good high quality speaker. I’ll give them that.

I was very comfortable and got a good night sleep. I enjoyed a quick but relaxing hot tub dip. Staff was kind and helpful. Thank you
