It looks like some remodeling is being done which is good because the hallways and carpets look rundown. Also my grandson went out and look at the pool and stepped in a big pile of dog poop. Had to throw away his shoes and go buy new ones.

Only place we stay in Kennewick

This is the only place we stay in Kennewick. It's middle of the road price wise, and accomodations wise, but the location and service is why we keep coming back.

I was quoted a rate of something like $85/night and noticed on my bill a rate of $111.92 for two nights - can you please check to make sure I wasn't charged more than I signed up for - pretty upset that this happened - don't know if I'll use Hotels.com again - thanks

Bill, we apologize for incovenience you experienced. We don't have access to what you were originally quoted and we apologize that they didnt honor the rate you were originally quoted. Our prices are based upon occupancy. If you were quoted that price at an earlier time and then didn't book the reservation right away, that could've been why the price went up. If you have any questions, you can contact the 3rd party and then contact the hotel. Thank you for staying with us!
