Where can I start, our welcoming wasn’t the best. Walked in to the office and was immediately asked how many ppl were staying in my room. American lady at the desk was very rude and wasn’t very pleasing to deal with. (I would say I think she’s a little Rasist). Then the day of check out no one ever told us what time we need to be out by, it was 10:10am when they turned off the water in our unit. Called the front desk and within 2 mins the water was back on. Not the way your treat paying customer. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again, even if it was just 1 night.

Sergio arrived at the property before 12 noon to check in. We have a 4pm check in and was advised by message thru the expedia system. At arrival desk there were 2 adults and a teenager in his party. We did our diligence and asked how many guests would be staying. As the booking was only for 2 persons in a unit designed for only 2, not 3. At the registration desk he signed in and was advised both verbally and in writing that check out was at 10 the following morning, day of departure. As to the water issue this was an unforeseen drop in system pressure as a line that fed the building had been compromised. And was quickly remedied.

All staff very pleasent. Room with a great view and a fully equipped kitchen.

The place is packed, and everyone is right on top of their neighbor. Its not a pretty piece of property by any means, but their waterfront was lovely for sunsets. Our neighbor in the duplex said their room didn't even come with a bathroom, so make sure you pick a room with everything you'll need. If you aren't confident backing your RV around corners and between trees, I wouldn't bother.

Perfect Simple Stay
Publié le 4 avr. 2023 sur HotelsWe stayed in the hotel room. We were very pleasantly surprised. We’ve paid A LOT more for much less. Room is basic, which is exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Nice little beach area on the water. Room was very clean. Nice big shower. AC was nice and cold. The only thing it lacked was an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. Perfect accommodations for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again.
