I was fairly happy with the place, except that one of your customers who didn't have the codes & didn't know how to get in, and didn't get any response from your phone and was freezing outside.
In his desperation, he kept banging hard on the outside door past midnight and forced me to eventually get up and try to save his situation.
The lack of phone response being the problem.
I think by default, they should text the various entry codes 2 hours before earliest check-in time, to the registerred customer mobile.

Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsReally comfy bed, had no issues with parking. When we had an issue the owner was easily reachable and solved our issue. The room was cold on arrival but soon warmed up. Clean and adequate for what we needed. Would stay again.

Comfortable bed, large shower, newly renovated throughout. Dislikes, noise from other guests in adjoining rooms is very loud. Doors closing echo through entire complex. Listing description on Wotif is incorrect. For our room 203, there is NO breakfast, Full kitchen in description is communal. Soundproofing is inadequate. You can hear toilets flushing in other rooms. Owner was apologetic but that doesn’t get you a good nights sleep. Don’t like to give bad reviews but that was our experience. Left after 2 nights exhausted.

Comfy stop-over

Door lock was quite fiddly, kitchen availability good but few utensils.
Good location to get the bus into Oxford.
Pleasant and quiet, a good night's sleep was easy to attain.
