The coridor at the 7th floor was occupied by 7 people having i party with beer and drinks, using the chairs from their rooms In the bathroom the floor wasn't clean and there was mould arround the floor/wall joints, The toilett wasn't clean. In their e-mail they promissed a discount if parking in Karstad garage was 6 euro but the reception claimed 10 euro. A very disapointing experience this hotel

Very un proof service - NO IN ROOM SAFE

Believe or NOT – NO room with SAFE BOX even the receptionist keep saying it was there in the room. Finally she had to call (Manager?) to hear what happen to in room safe-Reception has NO safety BOX like the normal hotels would have it. Waste lots of time in reception area – several times NO working people there. Very un proff service from reception. We ask for a quiet room - was giver room 601(room star from 5 floor) right to the noisy walking street. When people complain no kettle, then only get it you ask. When we ask after new room after first nt in noisy room - no problem if we can wait half day to after 3pm because this will the last floor to clean = 9floor. Other hotels will offer chance room but will do clean right away since they know we are waiting ... were told they do clean by floor so do not care that most expensive rooms in top will be last to be ready for customers. The best to say about this hotel was the view if you have patience to wait for the right room. The way the reception handle the safe box was extreme strange - we leave our private stuff - no idea where and who has access - gave us a paper with room no and htl name ? Because of NO interesse for private in-room safe box which absolute most import when travel can only give 1 *and that for the view. No glass-Mugs not even plastic.

Great location but average hotel

Amazing view from the top floor but otherwise average hotel. Our room was very basic but clean, but it needs updating and renovation. Some fixtures and fittings were not in a good condition. Breakfast is too expensive, very good cafes and restaurants are literally across the street where breakfast can be found for half the price.

Nice hotel in centre of Kiel

You notice to hotel is build a long time ago. But the bathroom and parts of the room seems the be recently renovated. Bed was good and room clean
