Condo Kamaole Sands #7-107 is in poor condition
Publié le 24 juill. 2013 sur ExpediaCondo Kamaole Sands #7-107 is in poor condition. The walls and kitchen cabinet are damaged. Need repair and new painting. There was some humidity smelling in the bedroom. The AC is located in the living room and the bedroom is at the oposite of the condo so there is no AC getting to the bedroom at all and not much ventilation because of the bad configuration of the condo.
Fortunatly we were able to reach Maui Condo and Home Saturday evening via their emergency number and they relocated us to Maui Banyan with I suppose was their best condo available. The condo at Maui Banyan was awsome with all updated appliance and recend upgrade. I think that most of the condos in the area are 20-30 years old and also are indivually owned. So some haven't been renovated and other have been well renovated with new furniture. So we were not lucky with Kamaole Sand and they switches us to a much better condo.

Nice stay, strange management

Really nice play, not too noisy, a little bit old school for the deco, but all was useful (full kitchen, 2 bathroom, living room with sofa and tables)
A few step from the beach, really appreciated that !
Easy check-in but once I had the key, for any problem, I had to deal with another office...where?whom? ok call if you have questions. Great.
Room service even if it was a condo....none. nada.
Ok
Check-out ? since it was prepared, leave the key and go !
I could come back if necessary

Overall we were very happy with the apartment. We did feel that the couch has seen better days and was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. And the mattress in the bedroom wasn’t very comfortable at all. But those were minor and we enjoyed our stay.

Don’t stay here, staff doesn’t care about you or your family. I was given a very dirty room that smelled like mold, the water wouldn’t go down the sink or shower, towels were very linty there was lint in my ears, nose and where the sun don’t shine, after our first night me and my wife experienced bed bug bites and not a couple I’m talking about both arms, hands, legs and even butt cheeks smh avoid this place at all costs, Expedia couldn’t do anything about it and the hotel as well the effort was very minimal on both ends

The stay at Kamaoles Sands was wonderful. The location was perfect. The beach was across the street which was very convenient. The property had beautiful gardens. I would recommend this property.
