Everyone from check-in to maintenance workers and housekeepers were helpful and friendly! Location,Food, Outside deck and restaurant were fabulous!

Great front desk service! I was helped right away, they were able to accommodate my switch from city view to dune view, pet-friendly. The hotel is a little aged, but they are working through some renovations. Overall good, and very conviently located on the beach and in the middle of the island.

Wasn’t impressed with room and room size for that price. Door and lock looked like it’s been broken into a few times. Balcony all rusted with a random steel bar just laying there Wouldn’t go back again

Outstanding customer service while providing clean and comfortable accommodations are our main goals. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed our oceanfront hotel and amenities Ann. During the winter months we take advantage of the quiet time and do a lot of renovations and improvements. We are doing our best to keep the noise and work crews from affecting our guests, but we do appreciate your patience through this timeframe. Hopefully you loved waking in the morning to one of our stunning sunrises or taking walks along the shoreline. The Outer Banks is a great place to stay any time of year, so we hope you will be our guest again.

Property is on the beachfront, restaurant was a bit cold. Inside breakfast area very nice. Staff was very friendly.

Would stay again

Lobby and staff were amazing. Had a joining room which is highly not recommend. Unfortunately, we had very loud neighbors. Room had strong smell of paint when first walking in, but the room was very clean. If you like a firm mattress, then you will sleep like a baby and the pillows are very comfy. Overall I would stay again, but just request to not be in a jointing room.
