Check in troubles. But nice stay.
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsContact less check in is not great. Had to call and then argue with the call center guy that our door code didn’t work. Took an extra 5 mins or so to get worked out.
Hotel overall is old but kept up and redone well. Room was comfy. Staff who were there were nice and helpful.

Easy checkin, although no staff. Clean spacious rooms. Everything worked. Parking took time to find but it wasn’t a big hassle.

The room was very clean, many outlet which was very nice, housekeeping service refill the coffee & cups daily without requesting. It was just a nice comfortable room. The property looked pretty full (because many cars were parked at parking lot) but it was very quiet. Very close to Northstar. The lake is just across the street. I will definitely come back :)
