Bon hôtel, mais pas adapté aux handicapés

Pour : La décoration "so british", la qualité de l'accueil
Contre : Les escaliers étroits, l'absence d'ascenceur.
Emplacement : Tout près du centre ville, l'hôtel Longview donne accès au centre de Knutsford.
Un hôtel de caractère et agréable, mais sans ascensceur : un calvaire pour transporter les bagages.

Hôtel très confortable, personnel efficace et sympathique. Rien à redire. Contrairement à certains commentaires que j'ai lus auparavant, je n'ai absolument pas été dérangée par les passages des avions.

Comfy and Convenient Place to Stay

Nice hotel that is near the small town at Knutsford where there are food and shops nearby which is rather convenient. Room is tidy and comfy.

One night in knutsford

Booked due to photographing a wedding in the area and was one of the cheapest. Neil on the desk was excellent, very professional. Room was ok size bed pretty comfortable, Wifi was fast. In the morning came down for breakfast which was really good. Only slight negative was how the hotel is set up depedning which part of the hotel you are staying in tou may have to go outside as the hotel is 3 terraced houses.

OK for a night

Rather tired hotel not worth the cost - we stayed at a fairly new Manchester hotel the night before at £50 less, everything about it was better including breakfast, so will give this a swerve in future

But if you do prefer a new modern building hotel then perhaps Knutsford is not for you, however if you require any assistance for future visits to the area then we would be than happy to help in anyway we can. Hotel is ok for a 2 Star!

Hotel is old and tired. Room aren't amazingly clean and there was a constant banging noise in my room.

I will be ensuring that your comments toward the cleanliness of your room is passed onto our cleaning staff as we set ourselves high standards in this department as each room must meet these standards. Without knowing which room you had stayed in unfortunately I am unable to investigate to noise issue any further as other guest's have not mentioned this before or since your stay. Great staff very helpful, my room was airless on the top floor and there was alternative fire escape other than the main staircase

Dear Sir/Madame Thank-you for your review from your recent visit to our establishment, we are pleased to see that our staff are providing the service we come to expect on a daily basis. We can only apologise for the inconvenience with regards to the airlessness you experienced although the room had a window we unfortunately had a situation with the extractor fan in the bathroom for your room and the replacement is still yet to arrive, and although some people would possible simply say to place air conditioning units in our rooms these would in essence take away from the heritage of the building that we most certainly do not want to lose.
