Très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue. Petit déjeuner très bon et diversifié. Nous avons également diner un soir a l'hôtel et le repas était très bon.

Super mais accès pas évident

No customer service AVOID
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsTook money for booking , I wanted to change days and reached out to them on numerous occasions and absolutely nothing from customer services, really disappointed. Would not recommend. Will seek refund when originally all I wanted was to change dates as I was unfit to travel . Shame on them .

Good morning,you have purchased a non-refundable reservation, which is a cheaper option, but you cannot change the reservation. Two days before the check-in date, you requested a change/cancellation due to the booking conditions and this was not possible

Extraordinary location, traditional architecture with an amazing view of the Tatra mountains. Traditional polish food with an added culinary finess. I would certainly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.
Particular mention to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

Bad Experience!
Publié le 30 juin 2023 sur HotelsI talked to the owner, Kamil before my arrival to ascertain that I would get what I paid for. Specifically, that the room as described was what I paid for. Specifically, a room with two double beds. He assigned a room with one double bed and one with bunk beds! Unacceptable! We ended up with a room at the attic! The walls were angled in the rooms and uncomfortable to get around. The water pressure at the bathroom sink depicted more as if a leak rather than pressure! Unacceptable-shower was impossible with hardly any water pressure. Furthermore, the bedroom faced the east were the sunrise would wake you because there were no curtains! I do want to credit Jula, the receptionist. She was extremely pleasant. In summary, the cost of the room did not reflect the description and my request! By the way, the restaurant downstairs, part of the property was an expensive but the breakfast buffet that was included was fabulous. Last but not least, a very difficult place to find. The road (long driveway) to the hotel is extremely steep and in terrible shape!

Good morning, You booked a double room in the attic which was equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (according to the booking confirmation). Due to the fact that we did not have a large occupancy during the week, we offered you a 4-person apartment at the same price. It was important for you that the room had two beds. We exchanged for a 2-person apartment at the same price.Guests who do not want to use the upper parking lot, which leads to a steep road due to the fact that we are in the mountains, can use the lower parking lot with direct access from the main road.
