Très belle prestation , hôtel totalement rénové, spa de grande qualité. Très bien placé. Seul bemol, à l'arrivée , au petit déjeuner et au check out besoin d'expliquer que hôtel déjà payé lors de la reservation, que nous n'avons pas à payer l'extrabed ou le petit déjeuner car inclus dans la réservation . Au delà de ces incompréhensions gênantes , personnel aux petits soins .

The hotel was fantastic. The accommodations were first rate. They were only seated by the courtesy and effort of the staff who went out of their way to make our trip the very best we definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, focus on details

The hotel is lovely, the fit and finish of the build is top notch and some of the attention to details are spot on. Food and drinks are nice, the breakfast was freat and again small attention to details were top class (choices of codiments such as Tabasco, Sriracha and real Maple syrup) A few areas which could be better (so you can make the most of it) explanation of the heating and lighting system, especially the underfloor heating, it would be great if you could screen mirror so that you can use the large TV's in the room (this is quite common these days). A second bench in the gym would be handy, there was loads of spare secondary equipment but only one bench which meant in a huge space only one person could use the weights. Finally there is no one to help with the bags, which is odd in five star hotel, fine for us as we re young (ish) but may be a problem for others.

The property was very centrally located and was beautiful. The room was very spacious. We were right next to the main Christmas market and a number of great restaurants.
