吉隆坡來 一間不錯的出租住宅

一間出租食住宅 公寓 複式設計 但是內裏的清潔 比較多塵埃 環境設備 齊全 廚房 用品用具齊全 缺點 廁所用廁紙 只有 兩卷 如果住宿時間長 就要另外自己購買 沒有每天 房間清潔 因為要另外 加錢 這個是一般 出租住宅 一樣的 交通 方面上算方便 但週邊 食店比較少 如果往谷中城購物大型商場 坐高架鐵路一個站就到 步行往小印度區也是十分鐘 整體方面上算合格

酒店 裝修比較殘舊 廁所 天花有剝落現象 有些 牆壁 也有 也有損毀 但整體意見 還是可以 因為有洗衣機 只要自己買洗粉 就可以有乾衣洗衣 一併使用 還有房間 比較多 塵埃 廚房用具也有 大致上是可以的 洗頭水沖涼液也有供應 毛巾只有兩條 樓下保安 服務不錯 態度良好 只是週邊沒有太多餐館 但是行去 高架鐵路也很近 去其他旅遊景點如唐人街 坐車要20分鐘以上 但如果去谷中城大型購物商場 只是坐 高架鐵路一個站 就到了 也可步行去印度小區 十分鐘內就到了

清潔但設施有點舊;寄存行李要另外每一件收費有點貴;入住前一日才知道要收按金但付按金的方法或退回途徑跟一般酒店不一樣有點不太合理

Hi , We have forwarded self check in guide and info to your booking partner in advance before your arrival . Therefore there is an information about the collection of refundable room deposit. On the other hand , the luggage fee is not imposed by your host but it is collected by EST Management . Thank You and have a good one.

At the doorstep of Bangsar LRT, 5 mins walk from my office in KL Sentral. Food options and supermarkets within walking distance even late into the night. There are 2 top rated bars and a few cafes around. Room was facing back of the property with Robson hills in the distance so it was quiet as well. Room was comfortable and mostly clean but apart from the kettle, the other crockery isn't usable with food stains on the utensils and burn marks on all the pots and pans. I also didn't like that they took more than 12 hours to process the deposit refund after I checked out.

Very close to KL sentral and it is good place to stay as a link bridge to LRT station. Will definately visit again for this property. 👍

The condo itself is clean and nice, and has very good amenities. But please be reminded that it is not a hotel. Room service is available with a fee. You will be asked to pay two deposits and a cleaning fee. My room was provided with a roll of half used toilet paper, and an empty tissue box and another box with a few remaining tissues. Maybe I was expected to bring all these by myself?

Aside , did you connect with our crew to request any of the essential items ? We do provide it ( complimentary) to our guests whenever they requested. Likewise , we would try our very best to meet our guest requirements within our capacity. On a side note , additional toilet rolls are stored in the cabinet behind the mirror in the bathroom . Airbnb, kein Hotel! Top-Lage, aber nicht gut.

Achtung, kein Hotel! Ist ein Airbnb, man mietet eine Eigentumswohnung. Tolle Lage, aber komplizierter Check-in (nur nach telefonischer Voranmeldung kommt jemand mit dem Schlüssel vorbei). Die “Reinigungsgebühr” ist höher als im Angebot angegeben (60 statt 50 Ringgit). Aber es war nicht sauber! Eine Kakerlake kann mal vorkommen, aber hier gibt’s echt Probleme. Aber es gibt einen schönen Pool in der 9. Etage, um noch etwas Positives zu sagen.

Nice apartm., better than others in same building

I have been in 3 different apartments from different owners in the same building these last weeks and this is by far the best one: very good condition, very well decorated and they were very kind.
