Our hotel is located on the famous Yasaka-dori street filled with several high-end restaurants called 'Ryotei', as well as the Kenninji temple at the front of the hotel, the oldest 'Zen' temple in Kyoto. Service et propreté impeccables. Par contre le restaurant de l’hôtel est très cher et n’offre que des menus complets. On nous avait placé dans une chambre au premier étage sans vue. Devant notre désappointement on nous a déplacé au cinquième étage avec très belle vue sur les collines avoisinantes.

With regards to the cost of meals at our restaurant, we are disappointed to read that we could not live up to your expectation at this time. As you may know, amounts are provided based on the standard restaurant rate in Kyoto. Let us clear that our service mission is definitely guest's satisfaction. We are creating an environment which accommodates experiences they take away with them as a wonderful memory. Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the issue you experienced about you room which is placed on the first floor. Also we are relived that you liked the new room which is on 5th floor with view of surrouding hills. We totally hope you enjoyed the room during your stay.
