Great hotel for the price
Posted Feb. 28, 2024 on HotelsWe booked a room that had 4 twin beds and a living room space. Overall the hotel was great! Room was very spacious and clean. Only complaint was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like it.

We were not told about VIP amenities.
The fact that you have to pay for use of gym and pool is outrageous. The check in staff were not polite however the luggage people were great.

Love that it was an easy walk from Kyoto Station. Great access to trains and buses. Love the Ramen Street at Kyoto Station. There are also eateries along the way like the Italian Pizzeria just in an alley opposite the hotel. Hotel rooms are also clean and spacious. Mattresses are a little too soft to my parents' liking. For me and my sis, the mattress is alright. The robes are comfortable and the towels are fluffy and of good quality. Toiletries are also of great quality. Love the many power points so it was easy to charge our devices. Staff are polite and helpful too. Also love the shuttle bus service.

Kyoto tower area was easily walkable from the hotel and Kyoto station. Part of the Japan experience is walking around to see the city. Breakfast buffet was good as well
