Great staff and great location

Great stay. Air was very dry though so I woke up every morning with a sore throat that got better as I walked around Kyoto.

Publié le 29 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We last stayed here 12 years ago. Our stay was excellent 12 years ago and again this time around. Very conveniently located small hotel in downtown Kyoto. Loads of shops and restaurants as soon as one steps out of the hotel but still the hotel is located on a quite street. Subway station at a 4 minutes walk. Convenience stores and bus stops at a minute to two minutes walk. Nice size room and bathroom. Very courteous and helpful staff. The hotel staff wheeled our luggage out himself after calling a taxi for us. Gion is only at a 10-15 minutes walk. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto and will stay at this hotel if I am ever in Kyoto again.
