Nice property but felt they lack to execute on VIP Benefits commitments. They tried to pull off the welcome drink as their 2 drink commitment — After discussion manager agreed but this should have never been the case. I did not get credit for the previous night when they failed to tell me about my free drinks. Also when asked about room upgrade as part of VIP membership they told me they would look into it and never executed. Lastly the room was to have daily cleaning (service) and this was never done. Overall very disappointing!

Selina’s in La Fortuna is amazing! I had a single room with a great view of Arenal Volcano. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed!
My only tiny issue was how dark the lighting in the bathroom was. Overall I had a fantastic time and made new friends!

Comfortable but not clean
Posted May 21, 2023 on HotelsGreat location, space for parking, comfortable room but pretty noisy and the floor was filthy and sticky. Made the mistake of wiping it with the white bath mat and it really wasn’t white anymore after that. The lighting looked cool but rather dark, which could be improved.
