Great place to stay. Perfect location for all activities. Close to town. The thermal spas on property were great. Lots of wildlife on property too!!

We had a fantastic stay. The thermal springs were wonderful and we had a superior room which had its own individual hot springs pool/hot tub. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The shared areas and sauna were wonderful. Meals were lovely but more pricey supper in keeping with the upscale location. Would stay again.

The rooms we stayed in were very outdated. Our water wouldn’t get hot the first night so no shower. The grounds were pretty and the restaurant was nice as well.

People were amazing. View of the volcano was incredible. Food was not good at all.
