J'ai commis l'erreur de réserver fumeur et malgré notre insistance nous n'avons pas pu avoir non fumeur... L'odeur dans la chambre était épouvantable et l’hygiène moyenne... Le petit déjeuner était correct. Enfin pour résumer La personne à l'accueil était très sympa mais n'a pas pu nous trouver une autre chambre et l’hygiène est moyenne.

The management wascextremely helpful and attentive mking sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is being remodeled so the rooms are in perfect condition, fresh and clean.

Room didnt have a trash can. The Smell was not tge greatest. Lied about buffet breakfast. In fact it was no breakfast at all.

No breakfast as advertised.

Paid for a hotel with breakfast and all. Go to check in and lady said they just opened up and they dont have any breakfast. . So basically false advertisement.

This Days Inn was out of service when we went to check in. we had no room this night (it is last night of 2021). Would you please process the refund and claim the issue.
