These rooms are fine. Good location but very basic. Not as nice as the photos.

A great stay in the heart of the hip district of Laguna Beach. Very comfortable king bed with 6 luxury pillows. Nice hot tub and enjoyed the deck and veranda on 4th floor. There are great dining options very close by Sapphire was one.

Great location!! There are trolley and bus pick ups within a block away. Lots of cute boutiques and coffee shops. Everyone is very casual. The ocean is across the street with public beaches within 6 blocks to a mile. The property is nice, but not brand new. The pool area is nice too. There is a lot of sitting and lounging room on the fourth floor. The private balcony with my room was great to have coffee in the morning. The rooms are quite spread out. I was by myself and a little worried about my room entrance from the outside. There is a shorter locked fence. There are windows. If going alone I would make sure you have a more secure room. Nothing happened nonetheless. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Loved this property! It was self-in check-in and everything was super easy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have no negative commentary. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Hotel was nice and clean! Service is great. Only complaint is first floor rooms are very loud. Had I known this was only option would have changed stay

No sleep for this unhappy guest!

My room was on the first floor, a few feet below street level, right net to the exit. I was quite pleased initially; the room was clean and charming. My first night after work, the individual directly above me thought it was appropriate to invite a bunch of friends over for a party at 2am. I'm a light sleeper and tried to drown out the noise with the AC unit without much success. The second night, the exact same thing happened again; I was not a happy camper going to work just a few hours after the party above dissipated. The third night there was no party, just some cretin aimlessly stomping around. To top it off, the lack of sleep left me with a head cold. So what started as a nice trip, basically ended in disaster.
