The property currently houses approximately 400 displaced Lahaina fire victims. You don’t find out about it until after you check in and they don’t tell you anything unless you ask. There is no break in rates and they actually charge you top dollar and say it is because they are fully booked. Only true because half of the hotel is housing fire victims probably paying nothing. Steer clear of this hotel until the fire relief issue is resolved or until paying customers receive something for this inconvenience. Does not have the feel of a 5 star resort while this is going on.

가족 여행으로 너무 만족스럽네요. 다른 후기들처럼, 수영장이 여러 군데 있어서 좋았고 수영장 바로 옆에 작은 SPA도 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋네요

Fabulous Hyatt. The grounds, rooms and interior areas were spotlessly clean. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the penguins and all the parrots and other birds that were so well taken care of at this Hyatt. Rob at the bar down by the pool made the best drinks and was very personable to everyone, he is the perfect bartender. We just had such a fabulous stay and it made us proud to say we are Hyatt members. Thank you so very much for such a memorable stay. The grounds and landscaping surrounded resort is just so beautiful.

Outdated hotel. For $800 a night average experience. Cheep scratchy loud uncomfortable bed sheets. Eggs at breakfast are synthetic and terrible. Must be powered eggs. Just horrible. Staff was nice overall. Jepengo the restaurant was great. Steakhouse decent.

This hotel had a lot of displaced residents in it still which is fine but you definitely don’t receive the same 4-star experience. Our room was dirty
